FEES

Jerner & Palmer, P.C. charges both flat fees and hourly fees for services, depending upon the type of case. Fees will vary depending on the complexity of the case.

We put all fee agreements in writing and representation does not begin until a fee agreement is signed by both the client and a Jerner & Palmer, P.C. attorney and until the appropriate fee or retainer is paid.

We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. Jerner & Palmer, P.C. periodically reviews its hourly rates and may change rates upon thirty (30) days notice to clients who have retained the firm.
